The Daily Grind wasn't born overnight. It started as a simple dream shared between two friends, Elena Ramirez and Kenji Tanaka, during their late-night study sessions at the University of Washington. After years of meticulous planning, countless taste tests, and unwavering support from their local community in Ballard, The Daily Grind opened its doors in 2010.
