About The Daily Grind

The Daily Grind was founded in 2010 by local Seattle residents, Sarah Chen and David Kim, with a vision to create a coffee shop that not only served exceptional coffee but also served as a community hub. Inspired by Seattle's rich coffee heritage and the desire to provide a space for connection, they set out to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

We are committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Our coffee beans are sourced from fair-trade farms around the world, and we strive to minimize our environmental impact through responsible practices. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience. Sarah Chen, our Head of Operations, brings over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. David Kim, our Head Barista, is a certified Q Grader and passionate about coffee quality and brewing techniques.
